My name is Mondie Gonzales and I am a licensed independent social worker (LISW-S) in the state of Ohio. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1992 and then a Masters in Social Work in 1999. I have worked with kids and families in a community mental health setting for most of my 30 year career as a mental health professional. I opened a private practice, working with individuals, couples and families 10 years ago. I utilize many different modalities and techniques, depending on your needs and goals. Throughout these experiences I have discovered that the most important aspect of any therapeutic relationship is the relationship! I believe that you are the expert in your own life and my role is to help you implement the changes you are hoping to make.
My goal is to help individuals and families gain or improve their life skills in order to make the best choices for what they want to accomplish. My focus as a practitioner is to help you know what you want, name it and define what it looks like, so that you can live your life in a way that moves you toward that goal. I believe that everything in your life intertwines to create your life story and that we all have control over our destiny. I believe in making informed choices, setting appropriate boundaries, and accepting responsibility.

My name is Emily Davis and I am a licensed independent social worker (LISW) offering telehealth sessions via my home office in Lakewood, OH. I earned my Masters in Social Work in 2019 following a 10 year career in the fashion industry. My passion for mental health ignited this drastic career change. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families for 4 years, offering an array of therapeutic approaches.
Your first session will include an exploration of what brings you to therapy, discussion of past experiences with mental health providers, and what you hope to accomplish in our time together. More importantly, the first session is an opportunity for you to get a sense of my therapeutic style and determine if I am the right fit for your needs. Certified Yoga Teacher
My name is Victoria S. Malecki (she/her) and professionally have been a yoga instructor and case manager/social worker for several years. I have grew up being very active and professionally have facilitated yoga offerings for 7 plus years. For the past 4 years I have offered primarily Trauma-Sensitive Yoga groups with the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center and Oasis Counseling. I co-facilitate the Somatic Movement and Embodiment Committee at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center. I also offer yoga classes for Stonewall Sports.
I have worked for the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center for the past 5 years and currently my role is Manager of Case Management – Anti Human Trafficking Program. I have several years’ experience working as a social service provider or case manager with other community agencies including working within schools, immigrant & refugee communities, LGBTQ+ and Queer Communities, and working with victims of domestic and sexual violence. I am a bilingual professional, Spanish is my second language, and also contribute my time and efforts in working within several committees within CRCC including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and Homelessness Committee.

In my personal and professional work that I do Empowerment and Embodied Healing are two of my core values. For myself and any of the offerings I have available I hope to cultivate informed consent and hold space for the participant to utilize their own voice and strengths in saying yes, no, or maybe.
I currently offer Group and Individual Movement and Embodiment Sessions to practice empowerment and embodiment. In these sessions I provide and facilitate an opportunity for you to be in your own body and take effective action on how/if you want to move or find stillness. In any movement or shape offered you have the opportunity to connect to your own body and a choose whether to say yes, no, or maybe in how you move, the range of motion of movement, and the pace of movement. These sessions are an opportunity to be in your own body in the present moment, build self-awareness, and possibly connect and communicate with yourself to take effective action for empowerment and embodied healing.

- I have worked with individuals, kids, families, and communities for 15 plus years as a social services provider and case manager.
Currently I work at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center full time as a Manager of Case Management for their Anti-Human Trafficking Program.
I have taught yoga 7 plus years in multiple different formats from private individual sessions, small groups for survivors of sexual violence, to classes offered at yoga studios.
Currently I am offering Movement and Embodiment small group sessions both in person and via zoom via Oasis Counseling and I am available for individual private sessions
